You must service at a competent workshop using the correct parts and fluids to schedule — which is exactly what we do. We document every service.

Service times vary depending on the plan selected and your vehicle.
A Bronze or Silver service typically takes 1–1.5 hours. A Gold service or any service that includes additional work can take 2–3 hours.
We’ll give you a realistic time estimate when you book. We have a comfortable waiting area if you prefer to stay.
Absolutely. Any service plan is a starting point. If your vehicle needs additional work i.e. brakes, timing belt, tyre replacement, or anything else, we’ll let you know during the service with a clear quote. You’re never committed to anything until you say yes.
